Terms of Service
Last updated 14 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Cue, a speaker notes app developed by Florian Schuster ("the developer"). By downloading or using Cue, you agree to these terms.
License
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Cue on devices you own or control, for personal or professional use. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Your content
The talks and notes you create in Cue belong to you. They are stored on your device, and you are responsible for them, including keeping your own backups. The developer has no access to your content and cannot recover it if it is lost or deleted.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Cue only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app.
No warranty
Cue is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific presentation or event.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of or inability to use Cue.
Changes to the app and these terms
The developer may update, change, or discontinue Cue at any time. These terms may also be updated; the current version will always be posted on this page with the date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
